How to I find my birth parents?
Alright, to start things off, I would just like to say that in no way do i want to ever be in contact with these people. Unlike a lot of adopted people, I feel absolutely no connection and no need to ever see or hear from these people. They are complete strangers to me and in fact I find them to be very irresponsible.
I was adopted the day I was born by my mom and dad. I have a birth certificate and records of my adoption with my birth parents names, most likely address, phone number, etc. I haven't seen it for awhile but I know for a fact I have their names. My birth mother was 16 and my birth father was 17. I am pretty sure I have more than enough information, but I do not know where to start. What I want to find out is what they do... if they are married... so many things I want to know. Anyways, how do I find these things out? I am 19 by the way so it should be no problem. Also, I was born in the state of Washington. Thanks.

If you can't get a passport without a "birth certificate," then how did Obama get his passport?
Or is this another conspiracy from the right? I keep getting reminded that a Certificate of Live Birth cannot be used to get a passport, ONLY a birth certificate will suffice. If this is true, then how did Obama get his passport?
He does have a passport: "WASHINGTON - State Department employees snooped through the passport files of three presidential candidates — Sens. Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton and John McCain — and the department's inspector general is investigating."
"The State Department has confirmed that 2 contract employees of the Department's Bureau of Consular Affairs have been terminated for accessing the Obama passport file. This occurred in January apparently."
State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said the violations of McCain and Clinton's passport files were not discovered until Friday, after officials were made aware of the unauthorized access of Obama's records and a separate search was conducted.
I don't care about his Birth Certificate. He entered this country on an Indonesian Passport. Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship.
So, when did Omama become an American Citizen?
