Employment Security Six Flags Great Adventure.?
Ok I really want to work safely in my local theme park. I have the experince that I have spent by a professional law penalties Tech Prep program. I completed an internship at a local police department greater CRJU now I took a class in security private college and got an A in it, I also took a Criminal Investigation class and earned a B. Also sent them a resume and they got in 1 / 10. Today I called and told me to come to the job fair on 2 / 9, what should I expect and does anyone think I can get this job? Thank you all in advance.
Six Flags Security is a glass ceiling job (just room for upward mobility). The hierarchy is uniformed guard, Agent LP, LP Supervisor and LP Manager … then, of course, you have the district manager. upward mobility LP uniformed agent guard is there, but beyond that the promotion is practically zero. I was interviewed for the position of Loss Prevention Supervisor at Six Flags and rejected. This is what the job involves Security .. In season you will be working long hours. During low season (in places not hwere winter), when the park is closed, no job and has to get something more until the park reopens. The pay grade is much lower than what you should gin makin industry. If you supervisor or manager who will work 50-60 hours a week and pay is about 30k per year. management promotion is void and will likely have to wait until the current manager to retire, or leave one state to another whether the opening of one available. No relocation paid for the positions and will have to work nights and days weekensds outside in various weather conditions. It is not hard work, as the installation of CCTV and as well. You help with thieves and troublemakers as well as security. Its really not worth it career wise and I would suggest looking into something different in the security field if the Criminal Justice is their specialty.
