How does a group of 4-5 people to buy property as an investment?
I did some google search trying to find a response and no luck, the idea is that a couple of us are thinking of buying the property that none of us really live in rent but rather, what are the common forms of investors in our position to go to buy properties and make sure everyone leaves with a good investment, Associations? A special type of mortgages? I have no idea, thanks for your input
Talk to a lawyer about forming some sort of corporation. An LLC can be a good option. Defining exactly what the intentions of this corporation are in a business plan. Research this a little before you start b / c there is no documentation that fact and laws to follow. Again, a decent lawyer will save the long and CYA (cover your back).
