Will "Portland Tribune" receive Pulitzer Prize for not publishing the story about Al Gore and the masseuse?

They had the story about Al Gore being (credibly) accused of a sexual-attack on a masseuse, but decided to not publish it, thus helping to postpone further discrediting to the Global Warming cause for over two years.

I think the "Portland Tribune" did not publish the story about Al Gore and the masseuse because there was “insufficient evidence to support the allegations.” --------------------------------- The current Pulitzer Prize category definitions in the 2008 competition, in the order they are awarded, are:

Public Service – for a distinguished example of meritorious public service by a newspaper through the use of its journalistic resources, which may include editorials, cartoons, and photographs, as well as reporting.
