He had to withdraw my request to deny same job?
I have a second interview tomorrow at Dial America. I do not want to take this work but part of me does. What I do not want to spend is not taking the job and lose my benefits unmployment. Ideally id like to continue just looking other jobs. It is to withdraw my application, or telling them that I have to reschedule the interview (and they say, do not return the call) that denies the same job? i have not ofer work yet. I live in Tennessee
Well, I guess you would need a lawyer to tell for sure, but I do not think that the withdrawal of its application before receiving a job offer (which you may or may not ever receive) is the same as a denial of employment. Do not even think that not only have an interview is the same as denying employment. You did not refuse the job if you do not have a bid.
