I live in SC and have a civil contempt warrant in Florida. Will I be extradited if pulled over in SC?

Unlikely, but you could be detained while SC and FL figure that out. Some state's civil warrants carry the same weight as a criminal warrants, especially if it is a child support issue.

A lot depends upon what the misdemeanor warrant is for. The states share a reciprocity which will prevent you from getting a license under certain conditions but it depends upon what the warrant is for.
