Can anyone provide information on links between CAD, external debt and the impact of exchange rate changes in the level of economic activity. Personal responses, websites are useful. I'm trying to gather data that may necessary for an upcoming test that would ask such a question.
Well, it depends what you mean by "DAC." Canadian dollars or something else? CAD do not think that really affects the economy, including the long term. There is a concept about the neutrality of money – as seems that this concept makes things better and protects against the effects of changes in exchange rates.
