*If* Obama is found to not be an actual citizen of the US (based on birth records)?
what would the protocol be as far as who would be our president? Would we have another campaign as Biden himself would not have been elected by the people?
This would be an interesting thing as we would have never dealt with such a situation. Is there something in our books that gives an answer to such a hypothetical?
Sidenote: NOT a bash Obama question, but a how would we handle it question.
Well, there is no set procedure, as such a thing is actually not possible. After all, in order to run for President, one must first establish legally that one is eligible to be President. But let's assume, for the sake of argument, that it is somehow possible. If it is determined before the electors vote on December 15th, it is likely they would follow the same procedure that they would if the elected candidate died before they voted. In that situation, the electors would be free to vote for someone else. They would not vote for McCain, as Obama had 360-something electors pledged to him. They may vote for Biden, as he had that many pledged as VP. They may choose to vote for Clinton. There is no way to say for sure. If it happened after the electors vote, then Biden would take over, as he would have been officially named as VP-elect, and he would take over as President if Obama could not serve for any reason.

If Obama really was born in the US, why does he pay $2M to hide all his records?
Also, there are 5 standing court cases regarding his birth certificate. If he really produced one, as CNN and MSNBC are purporting, then why does the judge not throw out the cases instead of delaying them?

The people suing didn't have right to for some reason or another.
But yet you anyone can sue a mom and pop store for not having handicapped access, whether you're handicapped or not.
Another thing people like to point out is that so called birth certificate of his online.
That’s not a birth certificate, it has been explained what that is, but Obamainiacs wish to delude themselves into thinking other wise.
Now the facts are, Obama admitted going to schools in countries that are and were off limits to all Americans.
It doesn’t matter who your father is, if Obama was an American living with his Kenya father, he would still not be able to go to those countries under any circumstances.
So either he lied about his birth or he lied to the government of those countries, with documented proof of his nationality.
But either way he is a documented LIAR! (did any bells go off yet people)
A lot of people like to point out that he was a senator for may years and wouldn’t have been able to if he wasn’t and American.
Well the committee doesn’t have a protocol to fact check his validity, yes that’s right.
In this whole quest for homeland/national security the democrat party FAILD yet again.
Now think of the embarrassment to the system to have a Kenya born citizen running for president.
You want a conspiracy there it is.
I think now you have both sides of the political spectrum trying to cover Obamas butt, for different reasons.
